Qualifies property enquiries on budget, location and timeline, and books a site visit.

How it opens

Hindi
नमस्ते, मैं ‹your company› का एआई सहायक बोल रहा हूँ। आपने प्रॉपर्टी के बारे में पूछताछ की थी, क्या दो मिनट बात हो सकती है?
English
Hello, this is an AI assistant from ‹your company›. You enquired about a property; do you have two minutes?
Hinglish
Namaste, main ‹your company› ka AI assistant hoon. Aapne property ki enquiry ki thi, do minute baat ho sakti hai?

The steps

Qualification follows a fixed question order so every lead is scored the same way.

  1. 1

Greet and ask for two minutes

Disclose the AI assistant, mention their enquiry, ask if now is fine.

  2. 2

    What they are looking for

Ask location and size, then own use or investment.

  3. 3

    Budget and timeline

Ask the budget range in lakhs or crores and when they plan to buy; ask if a home loan is needed.

  4. 4

    Match a project

Describe the one best-matching project in two sentences, read the indicative-price line.

  5. 5

    Book the site visit

Offer a day and time within the visit days and save the booking.

  6. 6

    No match

Say honestly that nothing matches now and offer to keep them posted.

  7. 7

    Not interested

    Thank them; no further calls.

  8. 8

    Callback

    Take a convenient time.

  9. 9

    Hand over

    Transfer to a sales advisor.

  10. 10

    Close

Confirm what was agreed and thank them.

AI disclosure
“This call is from an AI assistant of the company, about your property enquiry.”
Calling window
10:00 to 19:00 in the recipient's timezone. Calls outside it move to the next start.
Transcripts
Masking: card, Aadhaar, PAN and account numbers are hidden before text is stored or sent on, keeping only the last four digits.
Do not call
If the person asks not to be called again, confirm it once, record do_not_call = yes and end the call politely. Tell the customer to add such numbers to the account's do-not-call list.
